This relationship is generally a smooth one. Capricorns are very helpful with people they care about. They also expect help in return, but when it's two Capricorns together, this obviously works out well. Of course, there will be times when disagreements arise about whose needs are more pressing or which person is simply more important and should be given deference. Capricorns are strong personalities who will insert themselves into the lives of those closest to them and issues of who's in charge and how to sort out responsibilities will have to be sorted out early or the relationship will be bumpy. Attraction is not as likely as friendship with this combination due to the overwhelming similarities between them.
Aquarius and Capricorn are both strong personalities who are driven to make their mark in the world. The difference is between their level of independence and the reason for their need for success. Aquarius is extremely independent and wants to prove themselves to the world and contribute to society along the way. Capricorn struggles to be independent and targets their success to helping themselves and their loved ones. Capricorn's strong need for financial security is at the root of their effort. And differing from Aquarius, Capricorn has a way of making everyone around them also responsible for their success and somehow required to help Capricorn. If Capricorn tries to include Aquarius in an entourage built for Capricorn's success, Aquarius will politely decline the offer and be on their way out of the relationship. For this relationship to work, Capricorn cannot instruct, lead or use Aquarius, and Aquarius needs to acknowledge that Capricorn has emotional needs that cannot be ignored. Capricorn - Pisces

Hardworking, serious Capricorn seems like an odd match with Pisces who rarely notices that there is even work to be done. At first glance, you would think this combination would be a disaster, but it isn't. Don't forget that behind Capricorn's serious side is a rebellious, fun-loving person who wants nothing more than to break free from their responsibilities. With Pisces they can find a short escape from the worries of the real world and enjoy a swim in Pisces' world of limitless, carefree fun. Of course, Capricorn will end up setting limits and Pisces will not like it. However, for an amount of time that seems reasonable to Capricorn, Capricorn will indulge themselves in Pisces' sensual fun. They will enjoy it until that voice inside their head starts nagging them to stop. Pisces will happily allow Capricorn to return to work. Pisces won't complain. The only problem will be if Capricorn tells Pisces to return to work. That's a problem. Pisces will get the work done, somehow, when no one is looking. Somehow Pisces do manage to get their work done without signs like Capricorn reminding them to do it. These two don't often join together romantically, they can get along well if they choose to.
Capricorn - Aries

Both aggressive leaders, Aries and Capricorn can make a powerful pair. Together than can give the world quite a punch. This is if they can sort out who's in charge between the two of them. What's more, an aggressive leadership style is the only thing they have in common and it's this commonality that may cause problems. However, if they can come to terms with it, this can be a relationship with a great deal of attraction because of how much they differ in every other facet of their personalities. Aries may find Capricorn's safe and steady nature a haven to which they can retreat when they tire of life's battles. Capricorn may find Aries' daring and fearless nature invigorating and enlivening.
Capricorn - Taurus

Capricorn and Taurus share a no-nonsense, practical approach to life. These two get along seamlessly. Together they are likely to do well financially as they both enjoy money and the things it buys. Nice cars and homes are important to them in addition to building a comfortable cushion in their savings account. Of course, they also share a love of the more earthy pleasures like food and music. They differ, however, in their levels of competitiveness and aggression. Taurus enjoys winning, but Capricorn often makes it an obsession. What's more, Capricorn can overwhelm people with their aggressive leadership style, while Taurus is happy to just keep things safe, cozy and pleasant. Overall, these two are more alike than different which means attraction is unlikely.
Capricorn and Gemini enjoy a supplementary relationship which can foster a great deal of attraction. They each have skills the other admires. Gemini loves Capricorn's overtly-direct style in dealing with challenges and Capricorn is amazed by Gemini's ability to always find a loophole or a secret passage to success. Together, they can really get far. Their styles combine nicely and each fills in where the other lacks. If Capricorn's aggressive, head-on approach isn't getting it done, Gemini's conversational acrobatics may do the trick. Each feels the other has their back, and they respect each other even if they don't completely understand one another. To keep this relationship going, Capricorn should take care not to make Gemini feel boxed in with the seriousness of heavy responsibilities and commitments, while Gemini should remember that Capricorn needs a reliable mate who doesn't fold under pressure.

With a need for security in common, Cancer and Capricorn work well together. Both want to feel safe and they work hard at achieving this. Cancer loves the feeling of confidence and strength Capricorn exudes and Capricorn loves that Cancer wants to care for them. It can be a match made in heaven because each wants to provide the care and security the other needs. They go about it in different ways, but they fit together nicely. Capricorn prefers to conquer these goals in the outside world and Cancer prefers to achieve them at home and in relationships. Together, they have everything covered. The only possible rub comes from the different ways they interact emotionally. Capricorn can be emotionally offish and dry, feeling that earning money and providing a home is a satisfactory way to provide emotional support. Capricorn - Leo

There can be a great deal of attraction between Capricorn and Leo. Both have big egos, want to appear strong, and despite however they may feel about it, they both care a lot about what people think of them. They recognize this in each other and often find it attractive. What's more, they are supplementary in that they each have a key ingredient the other lacks to be a complete package. Capricorn knows how to achieve in the material world, but isn't quite as skilled at social charm. A Leo mate provides these social skills for them, making them more of a complete package. On the other hand, Leo prefers not to have to deal with conquering the world of business and finance, and they will gladly allow Capricorn to do this for them. The only potential for problems comes from each being turned off by the amount of bravado the other shows. Two big personalities like Leo and Capricorn can clash if they forget to show each other enough respect.
Capricorn - Virgo

Two practical and realistic signs, Virgo and Capricorn have an easy relationship. Both signs put work high on their list of priorities and they both value money. A tendency to instruct others on correct behavior is also common to both signs, and although other signs are often bothered by this, Capricorn and Virgo don't mind it so much from each other. They are great at seeing the other's point of view on these issues. At times, however, Capricorn may feel that Virgo can be a bit selfish about their need for independence. Virgo wants to follow their own interests, but Capricorn feels Virgo's time would be better spent helping with Capricorn's concerns. Virgo may feel that Capricorn needs to be more easy going and more sensitive. Virgo is a subtle sign that enjoys gentle communication. Capricorn's style can be blunt and aggressive which sometimes offends Virgo. Overall, however, these two see eye-to-eye and get along well although there may not be much to excite them romantically.
Capricorn - Libra

A Capricorn and Libra relationship can work really well or very poorly. If Capricorn is too aggressive and edgy, always doing whatever it takes to get ahead, Libra, who is obsessed with always doing the right thing by other people, will not be impressed. However, if Capricorn concentrates on putting family first and works to solve everyone's problems, Libra will find Capricorn attractive. Libra will also enjoy Capricorn's ability to let loose and have fun while still knowing when enough is enough. Both signs are good at obeying limits and they respect this quality in each other. Unfortunately, there will be times when Capricorn's forthright and sometimes condescending attitude will offend Libra. And Libra's fluffy, optimistic attitude can come off as plastic and unrealistic to Capricorn who always seems to highlight all of the difficulties in life. These two may find attraction, but a lifelong friendship is unlikely.
Scorpio and Capricorn share an "all is fair in war" attitude. Both signs will fight to the death, metaphorically of course, when it comes to something that is close to their heart. For Capricorn it may be their family or their livelihood. Scorpio will fight for these things too, but they will also fight for a lover. Capricorn never gets that attached to any individual person. Capricorn and Scorpio share an essentially serious nature, although Capricorn can more easily break loose from it than Scorpio. They are attached and committed people who never want to lose ground. Once they have achieved something, gained a lover, or raised a family, they will never let it go. They get along quite well and have few differences. They are both aggressive, although Capricorn is more overt about it. Scorpio hides its weapons until they are required. In love, Scorpio may be disappointed by Capricorn's lack of passion. They may be better as friends.
Although Sagittarius appreciates Capricorn's dry, sarcastic sense of humor, they don't appreciate it when Capricorn decides the fun is over and it's time to get serious. These two may share a similar view of fun and humor, but they differ vastly on their view of work. Sagittarius prefers to procrastinate and take responsibilities as they come; however, Capricorn often obsesses over them and wants to knock them out of the way as soon as possible. And if Capricorn dares to pressure Sagittarius into taking care of their responsibilities when they aren't ready, as Capricorn often does, Capricorn will be dealt a heavy dose of Sagittarius' skill in the art of debate. Sagittarius will win and Capricorn will be frustrated. These two are better off sticking to having fun together rather than working together. Sagittarius enjoys Capricorn's rebellious need to let loose now and again, and Capricorn adores Sagittarius' quick wit. Overall, their differences outweigh their similarities which means they aren't the most compatible combination, but their level of attraction may be high.
