Mars in Sagittarius...

People with their Mars in Sagittarius can be fickle. What they wanted yesterday is not necessarily what they want today. Yesterday, they may have given an inspiring speech about making it their goal to break down the structure of the bureaucracy at work and eliminate the nonsense. They whipped up a plan and rallied people around them to help. It seemed so important to them. Today, although the idea is still very important, the mission seems a bit lofty and everyone is getting together for lunch, so...well, perhaps drive and inspiration will

hit again tomorrow. It isn't that Mars in Sagittarius is disingenuous. Their inspiration and goals are real. Their ideas are genuinely felt, but they are the mutable, fire sign. However genuine the inspiration and goals may be, there are new ones every day. Inspiration is a common occurrence in the daily life of a Sagittarius person. Fire signs feel inspired more often than not. However the mutable nature of Sagittarius doesn't feel the need to stick with things and see them through. After all, the next idea is just as good! 

In romance, Mars in Sagittarius has the same tendency toward distraction. But there inevitably comes a time when they set their sights on one particular person for more than just a few days. It's likely to be someone who never fails to keep them entertained. Once they realize they have more fun with the person than without them, they will make their attraction evident. You'll know when they set you as their target. They will start spending a lot of time with you so they can get to know as fully as possible. There will be plenty of conversation and don't be surprised if you feel like they are testing you. Bringing up hypothetical scenarios and asking what you would do in each particular situation is a common method for figuring out your basic nature. If they still find you interesting and you pass their philosophical and moral tests, the loving can start. Don't expect flowers or poems though. 

Romance and sex are meant to be fun not mushy and emotional. They didn't spend all of that time figuring you out just to get muddled down in feelings and drama, or to get trapped in an emotional pit where they are expected to give up their individuality for the sake of a relationship.

With all of this talk about being fickle and having fun as a constant goal, it may seem like Mars in Sagittarius can never achieve anything. This isn't true. Give them time. Let things brew, and eventually some of their ideas and goals stick. There will always be certain things they find

important enough to pursue in the long run. When they do, they have enough creativity to find ways of achieving their goals without sacrificing too much of their freedom. Often, they are able to inspire other people to join forces with them. Words are their best tool. A Mars in Sagittarius person can craft a winning argument out of thin air, get people on their side and achieve a goal like it is a magic trick. 

What they lack in long-term stamina, they make up for with a shrewd, quick-witted mind, excellent conversational skills and sheer creativity. When they are allowed to work on their own time table, given freedom, and room to use their imagination, they can reach their goals quickly, efficiently, and often, in ways no one ever imagined.
