An Aquarius moon operates on a different level from the rest of the world. Their high level of detachment gives them a point of view that seems to put them above all of the drama in their view of other people and the world in general. Decisions are based on what they consider to be universal rights and wrongs rather than on desires for themselves or people with whom they are in relationships. For the most part, this works well. Because they are not quick to pass judgement, they appreciate a wide range of personalities. An Aquarius moon can strike up a conversation with almost anyone and truly enjoys learning about them. People quickly pick up on their open and accepting attitude, which makes them feel free to discuss any topic without fear of criticism. Aquarius moon people often have large networks of friends and acquaintances from all walks of life. They often serve as the center point in bringing people together. While other moon signs waste time judging this or that about people and end up narrowing their networks of friends, the Aquarius moon remains open and non-judgmental, which serves to constantly expand their friend network.
Emotionally, the Aquarius moon is the most dry and detached sign. They process emotions intellectually and see them as bothersome, and for the most part, silly and selfish parts of themselves and others. After sorting through their emotions using reason, the Aquarius moon tries to banish them. They are awkward and can cause pain that isn't necessary. At worst, they will somehow make you feel selfish for dwelling on your personal feelings and then change the subject. However, although most of them won't admit it, they really would like to be able to more fully experience and express their emotions. Unfortunately, it just feels awkward, strained and unpleasant. But when the rest of us are crying, complaining, arguing and suffering with emotional ups and downs, the Aquarius moon stands strong. They are stable, reliable people who live by high standards and want to do what's best for everyone.
