Venus in Aquarius...

People with their Venus in Aquarius desire intellectual relationships. They are attracted to people who stimulate their mind and stir their thinking. They value integrity and are attracted to people who have high standards for behavior in their relationships. They despise selfishness and cannot respect people who only consider themselves in decisions. Emotionally weak people are a turn off for those with this astrological position and emotions are seen as selfish. The Venus in Aquarius person lives by their own set of rules and they hold these rules in the highest regard. They value their own intellectual judgement more than the rules of the government or other people. Obviously their judgement and rules aren't always correct, but because their primary concern is not putting themselves first, they do have excellent judgement.They look out for what's best for everyone and for the world. They leave out the personal emotion and think rationally. Although they truly believe they are the most accepting and open people, there is another way to look at the Venus in Aquarius approach to thinking and to life. They really don't accept everyone. No matter how hard they try, they simply can't accept people who they see as self-concerned and who value personal feelings. 

In fact, they may not be able to hold themselves back from telling these people they are being selfish. Even with their incredible self-control, they have a very hard time accepting people who they see as self absorbed or overly emotional. They also have no patience for rules that veer far from their own. The Venus in Aquarius person values their own system of rules so highly that they can become downright rebellious if they are forced to follow rules that strongly conflict with theirs. If you give the Venus in Aquarius person freedom to follow their own path, don't drown them emotion and don't behave selfishly, they are happy.

They truly are mature, considerate people who really don't put themselves first. Relationships with them are smooth, peaceful, and unless you really test their patience, they are non-judgmental. They appreciate their mates for their minds, and although they always follow their own course in the end, they appreciate the opinions of others. Enjoy them for their ability to be confident in their own views and for their constant yearning keep their individuality while still accepting yours.
