Mars in Taurus...

The slow, well planned approach is the Mars in Taurus style. If you are the object of their desire, they will be patient in pursuing you. Look out for their subtle cues. Standing too close and having their arm accidentally brushing against yours is a typical approach for them. They are physically oriented rather than intellectually or emotionally oriented. They aren't likely to win you over with talking or passionate emotional declarations. Touch is their preferred method, or if touch feels inappropriate, they will simply make 

sure they are close to you. Don't worry, they'll make sure you get the message. It won't be quick or passionate, but it will be effective. Once they have your attention, they will continue their pursuit until they possess you. Slowly and steadily, they will work to make themselves a permanent fixture in your life. Even though they take their time, their ability to win you over with physical, sensual pleasure is powerful. Don't rush them, it's meant to be enjoyed.

They could have a six-month plan in mind that ends with you being theirs, completely. They are very possessive people. Don't be offended. It's just their earthy, tangible nature. Think of it as commitment. They will do their part to be loyal to you as well. They are steadfast and reliable. After all, they aren't going to let the work they put into winning you over go to waste. It will take a lot to change their mind once they decide you are the one for them. Assuredly, they thought it through before they started their pursuit and decided you are worth it.

Mars in Taurus people have this same approach with everything they want to accomplish or attain. They plan, and if they decide it's viable and worthy of their effort, they go after it. However, they don't waste time on things they have little chance of getting. Once they have started on their course, they are very persistent. As a fixed sign, Taurus doesn't change course easily and once they have invested time and effort, they don't want to throw away their goals. Taurus is very conservative with their energy. Often called lazy, they only put effort into things they consider valuable and attainable. They would rather call it efficiency. Regardless, they are effective. Most often their goals are materially oriented. A very earthy sign, Taurus can be obsessed with owning things. 

Whether it's jewelry, clothing, cars, or even coffee mugs, it doesn't matter. The point is they want "stuff". Mars in Taurus often spends a great deal of time thinking about their next purchase, planning on how to get it and then going after it. For a sign that is often called lazy, they have enormous stamina when it comes to shopping. They won't give up until they have found the perfect thing. 

Mars in Taurus is driven to attain anything they consider valuable. This is usually something sensual, expensive and beautiful. It can be a thing or a person. Even if it seems like it's only money they're after, watch them more closely, they will spend it on nice things every time. They are careful, however, and won't waste their hard-earned cash. Slow and reliable, Mars in Taurus can seem unmotivated. This is only a facade. They have plenty of goals and their consistent and persistent nature always achieves them.
