Mars in Gemini...
Whatever it is, it involves a lot of talking. Once they have your attention and you realize they like you, you may actually end up losing their attention. When the pursuit over, their easily bored and distracted nature can make them feel like you are a puzzle that is already solved and you don't seem so interesting any more. If you like them, make sure you keep their attention. Keep them talking. Probe them with questions. Tell them how smart they are and spark their interest with new topics.
The Mars in Gemini person can seem callous and cynical when they are pursing a goal because of their detached, unemotional nature. They see a goal and go straight for it without wasting time with fluffy, emotional considerations or tact. If you are a more emotional type, this can seem rude and cut throat. Don't take it personally. They are just on their own track and simply don't slow down long enough to consider other people's feelings. That doesn't mean they are setting out to hurt your feelings. They can use words as weapons sometimes, but that's only if they consider you a threat to their goals. Give them their space. Allow them to move quickly without letting your issues or feelings bog them down. You'll be amazed how clever they are and how much they can accomplish in so little time.
